A one-hour session dedicated to mastering the Olympic Weightlifting techniques of Snatch and Clean & Jerk, accompanied by skill-enhancing drills to elevate athletes' proficiency in these movements.
Athletes will engage in a comprehensive workout encompassing warm-up exercises, focused movement drills, and hands-on practice, culminating in opportunities to execute the Snatch and Clean & Jerk lifts. This class instills confidence in performing these techniques, fostering improvements in mobility, speed, power, precision, coordination, and strength.
Inclusive for individuals of all age groups, this class underscores the importance of incorporating resistance training into your life. Benefits include increased muscle mass and bone density. Weightlifting combines coordination, speed, and accuracy. These components work synergistically to enhance an athlete's overall vitality and self-sufficiency.

Emphasis is placed on mastering the foundational principles of the lifts. Once these fundamentals are honed and consistently applied, participants can increase the intensity according to their personal preferences.

$30 per month - Evansville CrossFit or Club Bushido member
