This is our Group Fitness class. Each Class is lead by a coach and each workout is specifically tailored to the levels of each athlete. So no matter where your fitness level is we will make sure that the workout stimulus is made just for you. Not to mention working out with friends is just better! For those that don't have the availability to make class times, we also offer Open Gym times to accommodate for busy work and family schedules.

Work 1-on-1 with one our our coaches, Austin Gray or Katie Hergenrother, to get individualized programming geared directly towards your goals. This will be the best option for you if you want to reach your goals quickly!
Alongside working 1-on-1 with a personal trainer, workout times are much more flexible and may work better with your schedule!
